This is serious. We lost an hour of sleep yesterday.
Can you feel it today? I sure can.
Add in one of my busiest work seasons of the year, a few parties, a lot of houseguests, and those little things…like daylight saving…can add up.
I understand why the time changes occurred decades ago, but I’m still at a loss on why we still have it. But that’s another blog for another day.
Today – I need coffee. And I need a burst of energy, in any way, shape or form that I can get it.
So – Monday music motivation becomes even more critical.
We need pop music. We need rock music. It’s still dark outside – but the quiet of the morning is fading (as we may have hit the snooze button a few times too many today…) Time is Running Out! Here’s a little Muse for your morning!
